Led by a craftsman with over 10 years of experience, this private leather sewing course is designed to teach you everything from sketch to finished piece. You’ll walk away not just with a beautiful item, but with skills, knowledge, and memories that last.

Course Format

  • 2–4 private sessions, depending on your project (usually enough to complete a medium-sized bag)

  • Each session is 2–2.5 hours

  • Flexible scheduling – we’ll find a time that works for you

  • Choose a ready design or create your own model with my help

  • You buy the leather (I’ll guide you and share trusted suppliers)

  • All other materials and tools are provided (hardware, glue, edge paint, etc.)

  • Classes available in Latvian, English and Russian

  • Location: Skolas iela 21, Riga city center

You’ll Get Hands-On With:

  • Pattern design and template making

  • Test modeling

  • Cutting and preparing the leather

  • Edge finishing, splitting, and gluing

  • Sewing with industrial sewing machine or by hand (saddle stitching)

  • Pro tips: how to work with “salpa” base material, use edge dyes, choose proper leather thickness, and more – straight from professional leather workshops
