Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your OCULT purchase. Items in new condition (unused and with original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us at hello@ocultstore.com and we will make things right.

How to return your order:

1. Email hello@ocultstore.com with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a returns address label.
2. Attach the returns address label to the parcel. Return the product(s) in original condition with brand packaging using the delivery service of your choice. Email any tracking information to us.
3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items, we will issue a refund for the goods.

Please ensure to pack product(s) in a suitable box to ensure that the product(s) will be delivered to us undamaged.

Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order.
